Intervention1: 10% topical tranexamic acid solution: Patient will be advised to apply a solution containing 10% tranexamic acid once daily at night on the affected areas of face for 4weeks.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with clinically diagnosed Topical Steroid Damaged Faces, willing to participate in the study will be included after taking proper informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and lactation 2. Patient age less than 18years 3. Hypersensitivity to Tranexamic acid 4. Secondary infection of skin on affected area 5. Skin resurfacing by chemical peel, laser resurfacing and dermabrasion in the preceding 9months. 6. Any other treatment for TSDF in the preceding 4weeks. 7. Body dysmorphophobia 8. Uncooperative or unwilling to be a part of the study.
