Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) must identify as Muslim.(2) Students of Jashore University of Science and Technology (3) Not receiving any form of treatment (4) Willing to fully participate in the study including completing all the tasks (5) Must be available for the entire duration of the study (6) Participants must be in good physical health and not have any psychiatric history (7) Must be able to understand and provide written consent prior to participating in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Participants having less than 95% adherence to daily Muslim prayer. (2) Drop out within 1st week of enrollment of the trail.
