Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 30 years Elective CABG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient’s refusal to participate. Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction Left main coronary artery occlusion > 50%, Moderate to severe valvular dysfunction. Bradycardia (HR Preoperative medication with a 2 agonist. Anticipated difficult intubation. Intubation attempt would last longer than 15s.
