Inclusion criteria: For Validation 1.Apparently healthy individuals. 2. Subjects willing to sign informed consent and participate. For Standardization 1. Participants between 18- 60 years of age, irrespective of their health status barring the exclusion criteria. 2. Subjects willing to sign informed consent and participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For Validation Subjects with any known systemic or mental illnesses. For Standardization Subjects incapable to give valid responses such as acutely ill patients, use of psychoactive substances.
