Inclusion criteria: For Validation: 1. Participants within the age group of 18-60 years 2. Participants with chronic systemic illnesses or on long term medication for the same 3. Participants willing to sign informed consent and participate For application in Manovikara: 1. Participants between the age of 18- 60 years 2. Participants registered in OPD and IPD of Manasaroga with the diagnosis of Unmada, Apasmara, Vishada, Chittotdwega, Gadodwega, Atatvabhinivesha, Anidra, Bhaya, Bhrama, Madatyaya. 3. Participants willing to sign informed consent and participate
