Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with elevated serum uric acid beyond the level of 6.8 mg/dl. Age between 25-60 yrs Patients irrespective of gender Patients willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary gout Joint Deformities Inflammatory joint disorders like RA, Reactive arthritis. Pregnant and lactating mother Known cases of Gastritis Known case of other systemic illness Known case of Psychiatric illness Known case of Malignancy
