Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults diagnosed with primary open angle glaucoma and on Anti-glaucoma medications for > 6 months as cases. Adults who do-not fit under exclusion criteria for controls

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with : Severe ocular trauma Previous history of ocular surgeries or procedures Eye lid / eyelash deformity History of recent ocular infection or inflammation Previous or current use of other ocular medications Auto-immune disorders History or presence of surface disorders on slit lamp Prior diagnosis of dry eye
