Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2.Patients of both sex aged between 20-70 years. 3.The patients,who are fit for Patrapinda Sweda. 4.Patients with completely healed injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were having low backache due to any infection,cancerous,congenital,viscerogenic,vascular causes. 2.Patients associated with any other systemic disorder. 3.patients recent history of trauma(Abhighata janya Katigraha). 4.Low backache caused by any treatment for other ailments(iatrogenic). 5.Post surgical backache. 6.Patients with chronic UTI. 7.Contraindicated for Swedana.
