Intervention1: Group N: Patients in this group will receive new blood with storage duration less than 14 days: Central venous catheter will be placed in internal jugular vein in a retrograde direction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective cranial surgeries Anticipated blood transfusion American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1 & 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients who received transfusion preoperatively Transfusion of both storage age of blood in same patient Pregnancy Psychiatry or neurological disorders
