Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urethral strictures =8 cm requiring free graft (Buccal mucosa graft or prepucial free graft) for augmentation urethroplasty. 2. Patients with urethral strictures =8 cm requiring Penile skin flaps for augmentation urethroplasty. 3. Patients with urethral strictures =8 cm requiring skin flap or free graft (Buccal mucosa graft or prepucial free graft)in Redo-augmentation urethroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stricture 2. Patients who don’t give consent to participate in the study
