Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for diabetic mellitus group – DM with a minimum duration of 1 year. Age between 20-80 years with any genders. Inclusion Criteria for Age matched healthy controls – Patient with no systemic history and family history of DM.Age between 20-80 years with any gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria - Subject with no ocular diseases, Any post-surgery complication, No history of using anti-glaucoma or topical steroids, Previous history of head trauma or ocular injury

MeasureTime frame
Intraocular PressureTimepoint: On the first day, the baseline value of intraocular pressure (IOP) & central corneal thickness will be performed for both eyes. Again IOP & CCT will be assessed on the second and third day in both eyes respectively
