Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mental Health Professionals who are currently practicing in India A minimum education qualification of MSc/MA in psychology/psychiatric social work or mental health professions who have completed DPM/MD in Psychiatry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals currently diagnosed with any psychiatric or neurotic conditions Individuals taking any psychiatric medication or undergoing any structured intervention

To recognize the presence or absence of Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), & Mindful Self-Care among mental health professionals. Additionally, to develop an understanding of the role of Mindful Self-Care on any potential relation between ACEs and STS. This could help in consideration of the need for appropriate guidance for professionals as well as trainees.Timepoint: 7 months—
