Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients will be included if 1). Age over 50 years both male and female, 2). Met the ACR diagnostic criteria of knee OA. 3). Kellgren and Lawrence (KL) radiographic osteoarthritis grade 2 and 3 (mild to moderate radiographic osteoarthritis).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients will be excluded if 1). Severe knee osteoarthritis according to the KL classification (grade 4); 2). Known mental or psychological diseases; 3). Scheduled for surgery in any joint; 4). Had received a corticosteroid injection to the knee joint within the previous 30 days. 5). Unwillingness to participate in the study.
