Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis confirmed by sputum smear and culture or positive for AFB 2. Age group 18-50 3. Both Genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients which are sero-positive , 2. HBA1C should be less than 8 3. Extra pulmonary tuberculosis 4. Patient diagnosed with MDR pulmonary tuberculosis. 5. Pulmonary tuberculosis with H/O treatment defaulter 6. Patient having history of Steroidal treatments. 7. Patients on Immunosuppressant 8. Liver diseases
