Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigatavata like Vatapurata in sandhi, Druti sparshata of sandhi, Shotha in sandhi, While Prasarana akunchana vedana in sandhi. Subjects of aged between 40-70 years of either sex. Subjects willing and able to participate in the study. Subjects who fit for Janubasti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering from systemic disorders as well as other known case if major illness. Like Infective Arthritis. Pregnant woman and Lactating mother. Rheumatoid arthritis, Diabetes mellitus, Acute joint trauma, Complete Loss of Articular cartilage and Systemic lupus erythematosus.
