Intervention1: Partial middle turbinate resection or turbinoplasty: Partial middle turbinate resection or turbinoplasty will be done in patients posted for endoscopic sinus surgery based on inclusion

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis or Sinus Pathology fit for Partial Middle Turbinate Resection or Middle Turbinoplasty 2. With and without Nasal Polyp/ Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis 3. CT Scan showing at least the involvement of Maxillary and Ethmoidal Sinuses. 4. Patient willing to give informed consent. 5. Patient willing for Minimum follow up of 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose middle turbinate resected during previous surgeries 2. Malignancy and Sino-Nasal Tumors 3. Patients with severe comorbidities 4. Patient not willing to give consent
