Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting first year medical students of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha, admitted between 2023-2025, irrespective of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Defaulters First-year medical students submitting incomplete personal learning plans or feedback questionnaires.
