Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Histologically proven oropharynx, larynx, hypopharynx cancer 2)Stage III-IV 3)Squamous cell carcinoma 4) ECOG 0-1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previously treated Head and Neck Malignancy 2) Pregnant Lactating Females 3) Received chemotherapy and radiotherapy earlier
