Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Systolic blood pressure range from 140 mmHg to 160 mmHg 2)Diastolic blood pressure range from 90 mmHg to 100 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age below 20 yrs and above 55 yrs. 2)Patients having chronic cardiac disease,Renal diseases and pregnant womens 3)Alcoholic and drug abusers

MeasureTime frame
1)Symptoms like weakness,appetite,heartburn,sweating,thirst,irritability,skin snighata,urine colour,constipation & stool consistency will be analysed 2)Systoloic & Diastolic blood pressures will be analysed 3)Pulse pressure will be analysedTimepoint: 3 months

Secondary
