Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Post stroke duration of 1 year 2.Age >18 years 3.Patients who are able to operate camera or who are able to take pictures in smart phones or patient should be able to instruct others to take a photo 4.Any gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to communicate(verbal/nonverbal/both) 2.Patients with hearing issues or loss 3.Uncooperative and unwilling patients. 4.Patients who are not able to follow instructions 5.Patients completely recovered from stroke or with mild deficits which is not hampering the patient’s life in any way 6.Patients who do not have a smart phone or camera.
