Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Known cases of Asthma Patients either sex with or without treatment. 2)Age 18-60 years. 3)Volunter who is not regularly practicing pranayama or last 6 months. 4) Subject who are ready to abide by the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 2)status Asthamaticus. 3)Known cases of Infective pulmonary pathology. 4)Any systemic disorder i.e.Known cases of renal & Cardiac disorders. 5)Known case of immuno-compromised disease and malignancy. 6)Patient having hypoxic encephalopathy. 7)Smokers 8)Pregnant women.
