Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged between 35 to70 years Diagnosed as per ACR criteria Symptoms confirmed by K& L radiological scale G-I, II, III Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gouty arthritis,RA and psoriatic arthritis Secondary arthritis Any knee deformities G- IV K & L Radiological scale H/o Fracture or surgery to the joint in the previous 6 months K/h/o other systemic illness K/h/o Psychiatric illness Pregnant and lactating woman
