Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primi and multi gravida who will undergo normal vaginal delivery and had episiotomy (1st and 2nd degree)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ventouse and forceps delivery 3rd and 4th degree perineal tear perineal lacerations any systemic disease subject tested positive for HIV HBSAG VDRL
