Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in this study only mild to moderate cases of cervical spondylosis will be taken. 2. Age range from 20-50 years. patients of both sex(male, female) will be included. 3.patients suffering from cervical spondylosis. patients attending OPD of hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from complications. 2. Patients more than age limit 50 years. 3. Patient contraindicated for Marma chikitsa.
