Inclusion criteria: ACCREDITED SOCIAL HEALTH ACTIVISTS ( ASHA) WHO ARE WORKING IN CENTRAL AND NORTH EAST DISTRICTS OF DELHI FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS AUXILIARY NURSE MIDWIVES ( ANM) WHO ARE WORKING IN CENTRAL AND NORTH EAST DISTRICTS OF DELHI FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASHAs AND ANMs WHO HAVE ALREADY UNDERGONE TRAINING IN BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
