Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For case group: Individuals with mechanical neck pain For control group : Individuals without neck pain, age and gender matched with neck pain group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For individuals with mechanical neck pain : Individuals with previous history of cervical/thoracic fracture, sugery, neck pain with radiculopathy, thoracic disc prolapse. Participants with severe thoracic pain while testing accessory intervertebral mobility testing. For individuals without mechanical neck pain : Individuals with previous history of cervical/thoracic fracture, sugery, neck pain with radiculopathy, thoracic disc prolapse. Participants with severe thoracic pain while testing accessory intervertebral mobility testing.
