Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having age more than 18 and less than 60 years 2.Patients presenting with classical features of Vatika Shirahshoola

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic sinusitis 2.Referred headache from the ear, nose, eye and teeth 3.Secondary headache caused by meningitis, tumor, encephalitis, increased intra ocular Pressure, cervical spondylosis, hypoglycemia. 4.Migraine 5.Cerebral Hemorrhagic condition 6.Brain injury 7.Hydrocephalus 8.Stroke 9.Uncontrolled Hypertension 10.Pregnancy 11.Neurological conditions: e.g., Trigeminal neuralgia 12.Any other serious systemic illness 13.Patients having age less than 18 and more than 60 years
