Inclusion criteria: Sports volunteers with fatigue irrespective of sex, religion, and occupation are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any acute or severe illness.

MeasureTime frame
The efficacy of the Shramahara Mahakashaya will be analysed in this study.Timepoint: It will be done after 42 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Objectives: • Efficacy of shramahara mahakashaya will be assesed on 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, & 35th day with the W.H.O fatigue assesment criteria & MFSI-SF criteria. Timepoint: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th & 35th day
