Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for laparoscopic surgery 1.Both sexes 2.Age more than 18 years 3.American Society Of Anaesthesiologists [ASA] Grade I,II & III 4.Surgery more than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient on haemodialysis 2.CKD 3.Transplanted kidney 4.Multiple surgeries in same admission 5.Patient on Diuretics

1.To evaluate the effect of position on renal function. 2.To evaluate the effect of duration of surgery, pneumoperitoneum, & Intra Abdominal Pressure on renal function. 3. To evaluate the effect of intra operative vital parameters on renal function Timepoint: POST OPERATIVE 72 HOURS
