Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients fulfilling Diagnostic criteria. 2 Pregnant women, belonging to the age group of 21 to 40 years. 3 Patients having clinical signs and symptoms of Garbhini Pandu, i.e., Panduta (pallor), Bhrama(giddiness), Daurbalya (general weakness), Shwasa (dyspnea) etc. 4 Patients of second or third trimester of pregnancy with 7 gm% to 10 g% of hemoglobin 5 Primi-Gravida and Multigravida.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 First trimester of pregnancy 2 Pregnant women coming with more than 30 weeks of gestational age for the first ANC visit. 3 Patients suffering from pregnancy- related complications such as pregnancy- induced hypertension, hyper emesis gravidarum, pre-eclampsia, etc. 4 Patients having Hb% count less than 7gm% or more than 10gm%. 5 Patients with having Heredity Disorders like Sickle cell anemia , Thalessemia etc. 6 Patients having on long term medication for any specific disease.
