Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Diabetic mellitus patients visiting Swasthavritha unit at I-AIM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients unable to provide data due to any reasons (like giving additional time for data collection or due to altered mental status)
