Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged from 18 years and above who have not received previous treatment for acne scars
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with platelet or blood coagulation abnormalities, chronic liver illness, or auto-immune diseases will be excluded. Subjects who have used systemic or topical retinoids in the previous 6 months or two weeks, Subjects with chronic debilitating conditions, uncontrolled systemic infection, malignancy history, or keloid inclination, as well as subjects with unreasonable expectations. Females who will be pregnant or nursing, or who will be undergoing hormone management all these cases were excluded from our research. Subjects who did not finish their management sessions or follow-up duration will also be excluded.
