Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy children (male and female) aged 6-8 years. 2) Co-operative children with Frankel behaviour rating scale (FBRS) score of 3 or 4. 3) Children with completely erupted first permanent molars with deep pits and fissures. 4) Children with DMFT/dmft score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with bruxism or parafunctional habits. 2)Children with enamel hypoplasia, dental flurosis and caries on first permanent molars. 3)Children who have received topical fluoride or fissure sealant application earlier. 4)Children on antibiotics or long term medications.
