Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants suffering from Acute Fissure in Ano 2.Participants of either Gender 3.Participants age group between 18-70 Years 4.Participants willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with K/C/O Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, Tuberculosis 2.Participants with Carcinoma of rectum & anal canal 3.Participants with other systemic illness like diabetes mellitus (HbA1c > 8%), Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Hepatitis B positive Participants.
