Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing an elective surgical procedure that required the use of invasive arterial pressure monitoring aged between 18 to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of forearm surgery Skin infection at the puncture site Abnormal modified Allen test Coagulation dysfunction Pregnant female Had radial artery cannulation in last 30 days
