Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck excluding nasopharynx, tumors of skin, sino-nasal tract, unknown primary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who has received any form of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in past 2.Pregnant or lactating women 3.Patients having previous history of cancer to any site 4.Controls having history of malignancy in the family 5.Patients having distant metastases
