Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual with age of 18yrs - 45yrs Waist circumference: (For men: >85, For women: >80cm) Waist to hip ratio: (For men: >0.88, For women: >0.81)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under any medications for any cardiovascular related co-morbidities. History of renal or hepatic diseases Chronic smokers and alcoholics( >6months)
