Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women of age group between 16 to 35 years. 2. Participants with amenorrhea between 45-90 days with or without PCOD. 3. Those who are ready to sign the informed and written bilingual consent form (English and Kannada).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of chronic systemic disorders or under long term medications or taking steroid medications. (thyroid dysfunction). 2. Known case of primary amenorrhea. 3. Known case of Benign and malignant lesions of ovaries and uterus. 4. Participants with positive urine pregnancy test. 5. Participants with anemia.

it might regularize the flow & duration of bleeding it might help in dysmenorrheaTimepoint: 15 days
