Intervention1: Group A - Plyometric Training Program: 1.Stand on the balance board exercise 2.Side-plank with inflated balance disc 3.Lunge squat on BOSU ball 4.Balance-pad exercise Rest- Between exer
4 sets × 20 reps in the 3rd and 4th weeks and 4 sets × 25 reps in the 5th and 6th weeks Intervention3: Group B - Swiss Ball Training Program: Swiss Ball training will be provided along with convention

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Playing at least 1-2 days each week but no more than 4 days a week since 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players who have 6 months previous history of lower limb or pelvis fracture. 2. Participation in any other exercise activities during the study period. 3. Players with any past history of systemic disease/disorder. 4. Players with previous formal badminton training. 5. Players physically unfit.
