Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Athletes with playing experience of at least 12 months. 2) Athletes with regular practice since last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Athletes participating in other training activities. 2) Athletes with recent injuries. 3) Athletes having any fractures in the last 6 months. 4) Athletes with structural deformities. 5) Athletes with any musculoskeletal or neurological or cardiovascular disorders.
