Intervention1: PEP group: It includes warmup, strengthening, plyometric,agility and stretching exercises will be performed for 3 times a week for 6 week duration (3d/wk for 6 wk) Control Intervention1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only male football players, professional football players, age between 14-18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent musculoskeletal injury or unhealed fracture, uncooperative players, unwilling to participate in the training

MeasureTime frame
Sit and Reach test, 20 metre shuttle run, Vertical Jump, Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test, Push-up test, T Agility test and number of ACL injuriesTimepoint: At the baseline at week O and at the end of week 6
