Intervention1: General Anaesthesia, Dexmedetomidine ,Ketamine,Preservative free Lidocaine: In group 1 intravenous infusion of lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg/hr over 15 minutes before induction of general anaesth

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged between 18 to 70 years both genders ASA 1 AND 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non consenting patients Patient less than 18 and more than 70 years Patient with history of allergy to any of drugs we are using in the trial

VAS score Ramsay sedation score preoperatively and postoperatively hemodynamic parameters every 5 minutes before incision and then every 15 minutes after incision Timepoint: V0, immediately post operatively V1, before shifting the patient from post operative care unit V2, at 12hrs V3 at 24hrs V4 at 36 hrs
