Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke survivors with at least 1 month post stroke Having age more than 18 years irrespective of gender Patients with MOCA score and Patients who can read and write Kannada and/or Malayalam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with global aphasia, dementia, or other psychiatric diseases that impact a personâ??s functional well-being.
