Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the following Anorectal diseases: Fissure in ano, Fistula in ano, and Internal & External Hemorrhoids. Patients who are willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with features of severe hepatic, renal or cardiovascular disorders. 2. Patients undertaking other than siddha medicines for the management of their anorectal disease. 3. Patients who are not willing to give informed consent.
