Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We aim to find the better additive among intrathecal buprenorphine 60mcg & morphine 150mcg & as an adjuvant to Ropivacaine in terms of the mean duration of postoperative analgesia, hemodynamic variations & adverse effects.Timepoint: Baseline

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1)post operative pain score 2)Total analgesic drug consumption in 24hrs. 3)Adverse effectsTimepoint: 10min 30mins 1st hour 2nd h 4th hour 8th hour 16th hour & 24th hour.
