Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of Gridhrasi. 2. Patient aged between 20 to 50 years. 3. Patient willing to sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. C.A. of spine 2. Fibrositis of sacral ligaments 3. Tumor of cauda equina 4. Pregnancy 5. Tuberculosis of spine 6. Fracture of spine.
