Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes who practice regularly 3 times per week Athletes who have minimum playing experience of atleast three year Athletes aged 18-25 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent upper limb or lower limb surgery in last 1 year Participants with any Lower limb deformity Participants having any Lower limb injury in past 6 months Participants with any pulmonary disease
