Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age between 18 years - 70 years undergoing lower abdominal and lower limb surgery under subarachnoid block. 2 Patients willing to get enrolled in the study. 3 ASA physical status I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ASA III and IV 2 Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia 3 Known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics 4 Presence of hemodynamically relevant cardiovascular co-morbidities 5 Presence of spinal deformities/disability / handicap 6 Pregnancy
