Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate absorbance & reflectance at wavelengths 400nm, 480nm, 560nm, 640nm and 700nm : 1. Of uncoated clear aligners 2. Of silver nanoparticle coated clear aligners.Timepoint: 4 weeks and 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate & compare absorbance and reflectance at wavelengths 400nm, 480nm, 560nm, 640nm and 700nm of samples (coated/uncoated) before and after 14 days of intra oral wear.Timepoint: To evaluate & compare absorbance and reflectance at wavelengths 400nm, 480nm, 560nm, 640nm and 700nm of samples (coated/uncoated) before and after 14 days of intra oral wear.
