Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Cariostatic effect of nano silver fluoride and silver diamine fluoride in 4 to 12-year-old specially abled children 2.Antibacterial effect of nano silver fluoride and silver diamine fluoride on salivary bacteria in 4 to12 year old specially abled children by measuring the microbial count of mutans streptococci and lactobacilli before and one month after intervention. Timepoint: 1.Cariostatic effect of nano silver fluoride and silver diamine fluoride in 1,3 and 6 months respectively 2.Antibacterial effect of nano silver fluoride and silver diamine fluoride on salivary bacteria before its application and after 1 and 3 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
